MICAM Shoe Event
The amazing shoe trade show MICAM in Milan was once again the top event for shoe business, but according to MICAM's website www.micamonline.com, theMICAM trade show closes with an attendance figure of 33,372, including 17,606 international visitors. There was a big decline in visitor attendance due to nation-wide transport strike ad the crisis in Ukraine.

These gorgeous red Filigree sandals by SERGIO ROSSI take the breath away! The metallic details, red laser cut leather and the perfect 11 cm heel, all so well put together giving angelic look to the dramatic sandals. The price is high at 1,300 €.
SERGIO ROSSI has long traditions in craftsmanship and is one of the prestigious Italian designer shoe brands. According to some sources, Mr ROSSI made shoes for Anita Ekberg for the movie La Dolce Vita in 1959. Nowadays, the brand SERGIO ROSSI belongs to PPR Luxury Division (formerly known as Gucci Group).
The Cachet shoe illustrated below, was originally designed for Salma Hayek for her wedding. Every year new colors and materials are available for the Cachet model. This particular color caught my eye. Price on Sergio Rossi webstore is 575 €.

I can't get enough of the Louboutin shoes. I could just stare at them all day long. Like I would stare at Botticelli's painting of Primavera and always find something new and inspiring in it.
So, found these “SO KATE” red patent leather stilettos with 12 cm heel. Price on Christian Louboutin webstore for these is "only" 445 €. There is plenty of choice on material and color.

I’ve always loved CASADEI’s shoes. They seem so chic and yet practical that you can actually wear them any day. CASADEI is defenitely one of the most desirable shoe brands existing today!
While browsing the Casadei webstore, I spotted these beautiful classic “Blade” stilettos. You can choose among variety of colors and material, but this particular color got my attention. Pointed toe stilettos in red patent leather with golden laquered heel.
Price for this is around € 580. CASADEI shoes are made in Italy. Naturally.

Another Italian Premium designer shoe manufacturer that I adore is GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI.
Animals seem to conquer next spring / summer. Look at these stilettos (below left) with Nirvana Python print and distressed golden anklet. The heel is 12,5 cm. The price is around 1,250€!
These goddess heels (above right) are perfect choice for “White Party” or why not to your wedding. The price is around 1,350 € at Zanotti webstore. I personally like the rear zip and golden details. The heel is 12 cm with 1 cm platform.
The electric blue suede attracts me in shoes, these pumps are so classy and chic and goes with any outfit and even jeans. The heel is 14,5 cm which gives a nice height addition to us “petites”. The price is around 525 €.

Window shopping for GIANMARCO LORENZI shoes
I just can’t get over GIANMARCO LORENZI shoes.
They are so over the top and gives some the wrong idea, but they are so gorgeous and so beautifully made with small details and extremely high quality material. The shoes are handcrafted in Italy as most premium shoes.
Found these Scorpio Ankle Boots on Gianmarco Lorenzi London webstore in sale for £ 580.
These ankle boots have 14 cm heel with platform and gilded scorpion detail in heel. Wow.

Christian LOUBOUTIN. Such a cliché but look at these! They are just PERFECT! Who would not want to own a pair of these Palais Royal Vernis pumps?!
I’m drawn to the black patent that is so classy and chic, the red signature sole that brings the sassy sexy detail to a classic model, and the HAUTE TALON of 140 mm, and for practicality the platform makes the shoes so comfy.
